The Service provides a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform designed to facilitate regular investments into Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) and Wrapped Ethereum (WETH) using USD Coin (USDC). Users can manage their crypto assets efficiently, leveraging their holdings through automated treasury management and borrowing features.

Loan Management by Aave

All borrowing and lending transactions facilitated through our platform are managed exclusively by Aave and are subject to Aave’s terms, conditions, and policies. We strongly encourage you to review Aave’s website thoroughly to fully understand your obligations, responsibilities, and rights under their terms.

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for managing your crypto wallets, private keys, and any transactions made through your wallets.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when interacting with the Service.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations arising from your use of the Service.

Fees and Charges

Stackit.ai charges a 2% usage fee per action on deposits, borrowing, and USDC-to-BTC/ETH conversions. Liquidation protection carries no fee. Volume discounts are applied automatically as platform-wide usage grows. These fees will be clearly disclosed before initiating any transaction. You are responsible for network transaction fees (“gas fees”).

Risks and Disclaimers

The financial risks associated with cryptocurrency investments are significant. You acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for any losses. Stackit.ai employs automated risk management strategies, including liquidation protection and asset rebalancing; however, these strategies do not guarantee protection against financial loss. Limitation of Liability

Stackit.ai, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages from disruptions caused by blockchain network downtime, failures, or inaccurate market data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stackit.ai, Inc. harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Stackit.ai, Inc. is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites linked through our Service. Users engage with third-party websites at their own risk.

Force Majeure
